Our Production Process,
1. Raw Material Selection and Processing: Only certified and high quality stainless steel (AISI 304L and 316L) is used at the basis of our products. All stages from raw material procurement to processing are meticulously controlled.
2. Cutting and Shaping: We shape steel with the desired precision with CNC machines and plasma cutting technology, and flawlessly apply detailed designs specific to each project.
3. Welding and Assembly: Thanks to our automatic welding systems, the durability and surface quality of the weld seams are ensured at the highest level. Each product is subjected to detailed control and testing processes during the assembly phase.
4. Surface Treatment: In order for stainless steel surfaces to be hygienic and durable, processes such as electropolishing and mechanical polishing are applied. This ensures that our products are perfect both in terms of aesthetics and hygiene standards.
5. Testing and Quality Control: Every product leaving the production line is checked for compliance with hygiene standards. Our quality control team ensures compliance with international standards.
